Jesus Complex

I want to figure out the Jesus complex of people.  This is the same thing as charisma.  The unfortunate thing about this is that it can exist in those souls not quite pious but maybe evil—maybe the serial killer types.  What this means more is about a giving up of something.  It means you give something up to allow another to shine.  The sacrifice though can be the ultimate which is yourself to the very core.  Which is ironic because those with a Jesus complex don’t need others to state the obvious.  Yet they use them for such.  A double whammy and such an ironic tragedy at that.  You see this in past history with cult leaders.

Musicians are famous for this too, on a smaller level than actual Kool Aid drinking cult members.  They stand up on a stage, in front of a stadium of people, and sing poetry into a microphone and we believe they have all the answers.  Because they are able to take us to a place where we feel a common ground, and in this we find safety and security.  It is a joint understanding, and they are the singular soul to take us there though we are no different than them, and probably we have just as much to offer most of the time just not expressed in such an obvious and blunt, entertaining fashion.

Let’s talk about being vulnerable for a moment.  How does this relate?  Because we have to be not completely certain.  And those with charisma are very certain because they carry that spirit.  Is it possible to have all the answers and still find a need to walk the Earth journey as a human soul?  Probably not.  Meaning that we believe something about somebody that is more super hero than what is really happening.  Meaning they are just as vulnerable when the lights go down.  And we stand at one end and worship, and they are on the other end worshipping too, in hope and uncertainty and desire, and we all breathe the same air and yet think there is a difference.  In this difference we live our lives on the surface like planets on a different course though we are really all colliding on the same journey and just don’t see it.  In this something is lost, and that something is the fact that we are equally Gods and Goddesses to things we don’t think we deserve or relate to.  That is the ultimate loss.
